There is no company too large or too small for us to accommodate. We offer: temporary, temporary to permanent, direct hire, daily and seasonal. We meet every candidate in person and conduct a thorough interview and screening process.
Payroll
Our team will bring in the employees you need, without the burden of adding to your payroll. 3 Way Staffing will become the Employer of Record and handle your pay roll duties for any number of employees, as long as it is required. We will fund and prepare the payroll, as well as assume all mandatory tax, insurance and legal liabilities.

Screening
We thoroughly screen and test the skills of our employees before presenting you with only the most appropriate candidates. When a 3 Way staffing employee starts a job for you, we follow up on their first day to ensure their safe and timely arrival. On their second day, we follow up with a quality check to ensure that the employee and hiring manager are satisfied with the placement. We also conduct periodic quality checks throughout their assignment - to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your 3 Way Staffing placement, we guarantee it!
Filling Needs
First, we listen closely so that we truly understand your staffing need. Then, we will respond to your order requests within 1-hour during normal business hours. With our recruiting offices in the Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Florida area, we're able to fill last-minute, same-day or next-day requests with ease.
